Jeff Bassman

Jeff has been fascinated by AV technology for as long as he can remember. What started as a hobby of tinkering with audio and video equipment eventually turned into a career, and later, a company. After getting his start in AV sales, Jeff partnered with Steve Harman to co-found MediaHead, where he continues to do what he loves most: exploring new technology and finding better ways to bring it into clients' homes.

As MediaHead's resident Technology Guru, Jeff thrives on solving complex challenges and staying ahead of an industry that's constantly evolving. If there's a new product worth knowing about, chances are he's already testing it.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling, staying active, playing pickleball, and cheering on his favorite teams. At home, Josh.ai is the piece of technology he reaches for most, giving him hands-free control over just about everything with a simple voice command.

One thing people are often surprised to learn? Jeff is originally from Iowa. Hardworking, confident, and thoughtful, he's spent more than two decades helping shape the company into what it is today.
