Jordan Sain

Jordan has been fascinated by technology for as long as he can remember, so a career in smart home integration felt like a natural fit. After working in the tech service industry and relocating to Texas, he reached out to MediaHead—and the rest is history.

As a Smart Home Technician, Jordan enjoys bringing systems to life, especially when it's time to test the speakers and hear everything come together. He also appreciates working alongside a team that enjoys solving problems and building great experiences for clients.

When he's off the clock, you'll usually find him chasing two things: loud music and fresh powder whenever he can get to the mountains. He jokes that he could probably live without most technology, but his phone is one thing he definitely wouldn't want to be without.

One fun fact? "Jordan" isn't actually his real name. Attentive, genuine, and dependable, he's the kind of teammate who's always ready to lend a hand and make sure every project is done right.
