Lucia Luschek

Lucia wears a lot of hats at MediaHead. As Director of Operations & Marketing, she helps keep the business running smoothly while ensuring the company's brand, client experience, and day-to-day operations all move in the same direction. Her favorite part of the job is investing in the team—helping people grow in their roles, recognizing their strengths, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued. Seeing a project come full circle and knowing a client is genuinely happy never gets old.

Her journey into the industry is a little unique. Before joining MediaHead full-time, Lucia spent six years working alongside the company as the owner of her own marketing and business consulting firm. As MediaHead continued to grow, so did her role. With mentorship from Jeff and Steve, along with support from Women in Consumer Technology, she found herself falling in love with both the industry and the team.

Away from work, Lucia enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their extended family. Music is a big part of life at home, with marching band keeping everyone busy, and she's always up for cheering on the Dallas Stars, Clemson football, or the Colorado Buffaloes. She also has a background in choral singing and classical dance, which sparked a lifelong love of tap dancing.

Meticulous, loyal, and compassionate, Lucia somehow manages to keep up with a team full of guys…and still makes it look easy.
